CO Safety & Combustion Training Course Change
Due to content changes and certification requirements, this course is now only offered as a 3-day program.
Day 1 - Carbon Monoxide Safety Testing & Diagnostics
Without full safety testing, there is no way of knowing whether a
home is hazard-free. Discover the history of carbon monoxide and
proper testing procedures. Learn the sources, concentration levels
and symptoms of carbon monoxide. Our exclusive SafeMaxx™ CO
report will provide your customers with a complete safety analysis
of the home and increase sales opportunities for add-on services
and equipment. Improve your ability to identify safety hazards and
diagnose potential CO problems. Additionally, you will learn how to
offer full diagnostic and repair services to your customers.
Day 2 - Combustion Performance & Diagnostics
Continue to build on our CO safety testing to combustion efficiency.
Learn the benefits of our performance-based procedures versus
standard service calls. Through our hands-on combustion field testing
and proper efficiency tuning you will be equipped to comprehend and
explain system performance to your customers. You will leave this class
with the ability to make proper fuel and air adjustments, mechanical
repairs and provide a complete home inspection above and beyond
your competition. This hands-on training will provide you with tools and
knowledge you need to deliver true energy efficiency and performance.
Day 3 - CO/Combustion Certification and Review
To conclude, Day 3 reviews everything you have learned concerning CO safety and combustion performance. You will continue the hands-on
combustion testing and end the day with the Combustion Analysist
Certification exam. Both Day 1 and Day 2 must be successfully
completed to enroll in this class.
