The NCT knowledge based is made up of the most frequently asked questions by NCT Members. They revolve around topics such as sales and marketing, equipment use, customer service and more.

The main benefit of the knowledge base is that they provide instant answers, whereas the forums process of getting a question answered may take a longer to get the desired response that really answers your question. The questions are answered primarily by knowledgeable NCI staff and instructors.

The knowledge base is a great place to start when you need information, and if you find your problem or question is a new one, than you can always pose it in a question on the forums page. The process also allows you to write a question directly to one of NCI’s experienced technicians.
