Michael joined the NCI team in November of 2017 and is your Customer Care representative in the Central Midwest region. Michael works with contractors to share the benefits of our NCI membership as well as signing up technicians for NCI's training programs that ensure the highest quality installations and service to the HVAC customer.

Before joining NCI, Michael spent 10 years in the trade show and media industry.

Fun Fact:
Michael has spent time in Costa Rica as well as Ireland, and he and his family are going to Scotland next summer. Mike also considers himself a movie trivia expert.
