CSER™ Report & Procedure

This procedure will walk you through the steps necessary to measure system total Btu’s and then compare measured Btu’s to the manufacturer’s rated Btu’s. This process allows you to calculate the Cooling System Efficiency Ratio (CSER) of the systems you service, sell, and install. This system label will identify you as an NCI contractor and establish a clear difference between you and your competitors that simple quote equipment efficiency as system efficiency.
