HSER™ Report & Procedure

This procedure is used to measure heating system sensible Btus then compare measured Btus to the manufacturer’s rated Btus. This process allows you to calculate the Heating System Efficiency Ratio (HSER) of the systems you service, sell, and install. This new system label will identify you as an NCI contractor and establish a clear difference between you and your competitors that simple quote equipment efficiency as system efficiency.
