NCI's Distance Learning Program
Welcome to National Comfort Institute's Distance Learning Program. This comprehensive program includes both self-directed and live, online classes that range from our foundational HVAC System Performance class, "Airflow Testing and Diagnostics," and "Performance-Based Selling", to recertification classes for several NCI certifications.
In the weeks and months ahead, we will continue to add more technical, sales and business management training to our offerings.
What Types of Training Are Available?
These classes consist of comprehensive training programs consisting of 8 or more hours of training that is available 24/7. They include review quizzes and a final exam that is required to be taken to receive a certificate of completion.
Live, Online Classes
These classes are broken into half day webcasts, for example our Residential Air-side Recertification class will consist of two 4-hour blocks of training with 10-minute breaks every hour.
Students who participate in these classes will be monitored to insure participation. This will include questions they must answer throughout the program and remaining on the webinar screen throughout the sessions.
Important:
You must be are already NCI certified to be able to attend NCI online recertification classes, which will be available for a limited time. All registrations will be verified prior to admission.
Non-recertification classes, such as Performance-Based Selling and Airflow Testing & Diagnostics are open to all industry professionals.
